A reservation fee of 30 % has to be deposited when you send back the inscription form. Balance of the workshop fee to be payed no later than six weeks before the start of the workshop. For later inscriptions the whole workshop fee is due.

CANCELLATION

Photo Workshop + Hotel + Meals

You arrive, we do the rest.

For 945 € you get a 5 day workshop all-in. Phot-O-Vergne takes care of your lodging and meals. You will sleep in the charming Auberge de Chabanettes, where you get your breakfasts and gastronomical evening dinners. We will eat noon meals in one of the excellent little local restaurants.

Phot-O-Vergne can mediate for you if you prefer another kind of lodging like :

Prices

5 % discount on workshop fees for all inscriptions before april 2009

⁽² This includes the workshop, lodging, breakfast and a three course dinner at the charming Auberge de Chabanettes, and noon meals in one of the many excellent small local restaurants.

Darkroom chemistry is included in the workshop fees. Raw materials like printing papers, CD's, DVD's, memory cards, batteries etc. can be bought locally. But feel free to bring what you need from home.

Depending on wages for guest teachers, specialised equipment, materials or software, a supplement can be asked for masterclasses. This will be clearly stated in the workshop description. Guest teachers are free to sell their own materials during a masterclass.

Workshops need at least 2 participants to take place. Reserve early because places are limited, specially during the holiday season.

Insurances

To participate in a Phot-O-Vergne workshop you have te be insured against health and civil liability issues. Most standard insurances cover the whole of Europe. But check this before you leave. We strongly advise you to take a travel and cancellation insurance too. It's for you to decide if you want to insure your photographic equipment for the duration of your holiday. Bring proof of these insurances, in case something happens. (Fortunately it never has, but better be safe than sorry.)

Phot-O-Vergne does not accept any other liability for your equipment or your health than the cases defined in the Phot-O-Vergne insurances.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your workshop subscription, inform us immediately by phone and mail, because the longer you wait, the more fees you pay.

Once your subscription has been accepted, cancellation fees are as follows :

• Until 90 day before start of the workshop you pay 35 € administration fees.
• Until 42 days before start of the workshop you pay 50 % of the workshop fees, plus 35 € administration fees.
• 42 days or less before start of the workshop you pay the whole workshop fees.

Transfer of your subscription to another workshop or another person is possible ONLY with the written consent of Phot-O-Vergne. You can read the complete cancellation conditions at General Selling Conditions
